Stay compliant!: Although fluoxetine sticks around in the system for several days, it is not uncommon to experience minor  withdrawal symptoms with several missed doses. The key is to avoid missing doses. Please use medications as advised by your provider.

Continue until shallow/ rapid breathing corrects. Encourage you to see a psychologist to work on other techniques to reduce severity & frequency of panic attacks/ anxiety.

Focused breathing that moves the diaphragm may provide a sense of calming especially when accompanied by acceptance of the feelings as temporary.
