No: A cyst of this size is normal ! the iud might cause some cells in your urine but a urinary infection is more likely. A urine culture would be useful to be sure.

Multiple issues: Nabothian cysts are normal as is (probably) the rt ovarian cyst.  The uterine polyp is more worrisome and should be followed (with ultrasound) to make sure it doesn't get bigger.  The lack of periods could be related to pregnancy, hormonal imbalances or low body fat/athletic activity.  The back pain can certainly come from the pelvic issues or can be the spine itself.  Gyn eval 1st then spine eval.

16 mm: in a pre-menopausal woman an endometrial lining that exceeds 16 mm in sickness can be considered too thick in the sense that there may be pathology behind it. A dilatation and curettage (D&amp;C) during which the tissue is removed from the uterus and sent to pathology for further evaluation is in order.

What size: what size was the cyst? cysts are very common in pregnancy and usually they dont need intervention unless they are huge or causing significant discomfort.

Complicated: How were you treated for breast cancer?  If you had a cyst and you have an increase in symptoms, I would recommend a repeat ultrasound to evaluate the cyst (which can cause nausea).  As far as the bleeding symptoms, I would be concerned about an endometrial polyp especially is your treatment included tamoxifen.  Consult a physician.

: Ovarian cysts are sacs in the ovary filled with fluid. Follicular cysts occur when an egg follicle fails to open and release the egg during a menstrual cycle. Simple ovarian cysts are common, harmless, will disappear within a few months, and usually not a sign of impending cancer. Rupture may cause pain and bloating. Follow-up with physician is important.

i have a 61mm by 13mm by 31mm cyst on my left ovary. i'm starting to get really bad lower back pain.am i ok to wait it out or should i go to the er?

Sometimes pain: Having large ovarian cyst can sometimes lead to ovarian torsion. Should ask gynecologist if should have cyst removed. In some cases the symptoms of a twisted ovary can include lower back pain and feelings of dizziness, but   abdominal pain and/or tenderness are primary symptoms. Back pain obviously can have many other causes such as stenosis, disc and nerve issues.
