after i pee some urine comes out couple of minutes later, but i really make sure its over before i'm done! why is that and how i can stop it?

Post-void dribble: Most common cause in men is urinating with elastic from pants or underpants compressing mid-urethra. Urine then escapes from urethra penis is replaced within underpants. Corrected by pulling pants ; underpants below scrotum when urinating go using the underpants ; pant fly to avoid urethral compression. Other causes can be urethral diverticulum, stricture or valve. Needs urologist if not former.

not taking meds my bladder fills up fast, even when i havent drank water. it fill up within the hour, for 6 hours a couple days ago. once i even had to pee 15 minutes after i had already gone. and i only took very small sips of water that morning?

: You may have  a small bladder capacity or overactive bladder rather than a need to pass large volumes of urine daily despite not drinking large amounts of fluids. I recommend measuring your daily fluid intake &amp; your daily urine output. If you void much.more than you drink,you may have diabetes insipidus or trouble with your kidney concentrating urine. A urinalysis' specific gravity checks this

are any of these meds diuretics: prednisone, phenergan, (promethazine) lomotil, bentyl? i take them together and after a couple hours, i have to pee every 10 minutes

Not diuretics: These medications are not diuretics. If you urinate every 10 minutes, urinary tract infection has to be ruled out. See your doctor. Bentyl (dicyclomine) has anticholinergic side effects and might be responsible for urinary disturbances, usually  difficulty to start urination.

i peed a worm last night. it was red and about an inch long. it happens for couple of years in every 5 months. i took some meds but didn't work. :(?

You  may need: a different medication or to be re-medicated. Would obtain the worm (without touching it with your hands) so that it can be examined for identification. This will allow medical provider to insure that your medications are appropriate.

Increased frequency: Increased urinary frequency can occur in a number of conditions, the most likely being urinary tract infection.  Other symptoms of this can include burning when urinating and discomfort in the region of the bladder.  Very high blood sugar (diabetes) can cause urination of large amounts, accompanied by great thirst and hunger.  Interstitial cystitis (bladder inflammation) &amp; other causes also exist.

for a couple months now at night i have to hold in my pee and lately in the morning when i go it hurts and since yesterday i cant really hold it in?

Uti: Urgency o need to void
Frequency needing to void often
Dysuria or burning during urination all suggest a urinary tract infection
A clean catch urinary specimen and culture should be done so appropriate treatment can be started

Possible UTI...: The symptom you describe could be related to a urinary tract infection (uti). Sometimes you can have other symptoms with a UTI such as burning or pain with urination, cloudy or strong smelling urine, fever, or pain in your back. If this is troubling to you and has been going on for a number of days, i would go somewhere to have a urine analysis and culture performed.

i don't have any problem but couple of days ago i peed the bed for no reason should i be concerned about it should i be thinking about wearing a pad/diaper?

See urologist: Yes, there is a problem of some kind, but cannot identify from this information. See a urologist for a bladder exam to determine the cause for this problem and develop a treatment plan to resolve it. Good luck. PS. A nighttime ‘diaper’ would make sense until this is resolved. And ounce of prevention......

Michigan Urologist: Frequently your state of hydration can make your urethra more sensitive. Dehydration with dark urine may lead to burning. Also sensitivity can be seen with irritation from soaps, detergents, etc. Prior to the antibiotic era, true urinary tract infections were treated with high fluid intake and they would resolve in 3 days. Other causes include interstitial cystitis, urethritis, trauma.

the last couple of days when i pee it starts off fine with a normal flow then quickly starts to slow as i begin to feel pain that feels as though it's coming directly from my urethral as i finish and when i wipe i show blood from urethral. i am 50yo?

: Any blood , before, during, after, or accompanied by any  other symptom warrants an exam to find cause,. Pl see a Urologist. Good luck
