Post-void dribble: Most common cause in men is urinating with elastic from pants or underpants compressing mid-urethra. Urine then escapes from urethra penis is replaced within underpants. Corrected by pulling pants ; underpants below scrotum when urinating go using the underpants ; pant fly to avoid urethral compression. Other causes can be urethral diverticulum, stricture or valve. Needs urologist if not former.
