OTC fertility produc: It looks like this is a vitamin  &amp; mineral product and that there is a line of different products for men and women. I just read some on-line reviews and overall - they didn't look too positive. Only having one fallopian tube should not prevent future pregnancies. I wouldn't get your hopes up that this product will make you more fertile.

Get help: See a doctor who specializes in fertility medicine; either an rei or a obg with expertise in the area. The combination of irregular cycles with a missing tube may make it quite difficult, maybe impossible, to conceive without guidance, but chances can still be very good with help.
