Smell: Parosmia, i.e. smell distortion. Olfactory nerve endings damaged with cold. Usually regenerate. Depend on severity of viral infection, exposure to smoke, noxious chemicals, etc. Advice getting flu vaccination annually. Articles suggest that nerve endings can regenerate multiple times, i.e. 15-20x. Total anosmia is infrequent. if you can taste, there is residual smell function.

Rhinitis: HI 
you have probably got an ongoing nasal allergy called rhinitis. You need to see an ENT doctor or your gp for assessment. 
Normally you would be put on a trial of medication, eg nasal spray containing cortisone, with an anti histamine, and if this did not help the ENT would do further tests.

COVID-19?: Were you tested for coronavirus? COVID-19 often causes loss of taste and smell -- although other cold viruses sometimes to id as well. Usually it clears up in a couple of weeks. Speak with your doctor about coronavirus testing; in the meantime, you must self quarantine to protect others. Good luck.

: Recommend testing for COVID-19, as the Delta variant can present with nasal symptoms, and loss of smell is one of many cardinal signs.  See an otolaryngologist for a further evaluation.

: Though there are several viral and bacterial illnesses that start with sore throat and cough, I am concerned about the new onset of loss of smell and taste. These symptoms do sound like a COVID infection. I would strongly suggest that you be tested as soon as possible. Isolate yourself from others for 10 days. Drink plenty of fluids, and seek medical attention for shortness of breath/chest pain.

Time !: There are a number of causes of anosmia  very few permanent. Causes go all the way up from allergies and colds to head injury, ENT conditions and even parkinson's disease.

Unknown: We really do not understand why the degree of nausea/vomiting varies among women.  Sorry. We do have a number of different treatments and normally can find something effective.
