fell on stairs 2 weeks ago. bruised tailbone and hurt my ribs. sometimes it's hard to breath because my ribs ache. should i go to doc or is it okay?

Ok: This sounds ok. A fall such as yours could cause irritation and bruising to the areas you mention. IF you have a small fracture of the ribcage, this is not something that can be casted or treated otherwise medically, so I recommend you just relax and not overexert yourself within the next four weeks. You should notice slow improvement of symptoms over the next few weeks.

i cleaned with bleach at work.. a lot of it. and now i feel like it's hard to breath and my chest really hurts. i already have a cold with a cough and after cleaning with so much bleach my chest is super sore and its almost hard to take a deep breath..

Tight airway: Would be ideal to see your doctor today for an evaluation.  Will be difficult for the doc to determine cause of chest soreness after the sensation has passed (at a future visit). A peak flow measurement and full physical exam will help determine with you're having bronchoconstriction (similar to or because of asthma) secondary to infection and/or irritant exposure.  Inhaler medication may help.

Med tx.: For wheezing with difficulty breathing it is important to seek prompt medical attention.  Infections can cause airways to be reactive.

: The origin points towards musculoskeletal (when bending) and in such cases work up should include spine as pain is many times radiated along the ribs. Lung pathology, including effusions may cause similar symptoms as well. Otherwise good to know that heart is strong and is not the reason for the symptoms.

went to urgent care yesterday i was negative for covid and step but i have bronchitis i was given meds but my chest is sore from coughing it's hard to breath without coughing feels like i can feel my heart flutter i just started the meds today is thi?

: You should take cough suppressant such as robitussin DM or mucinex DM over the counter and tylenol for chest discomfort if you do not currently take them. ER usually gives script for antibiotic +/- inhaler +/- steroid.

Get checked out: I would get this checked out in person sooner than later. It could be something simple but you don't want to miss finding any damage to your vital organs like the heart and lungs.

Need more info: Please go and see a doctor.  The number of potential serious causes which could explain these signs and symptoms is relatively limited but will require a detailed history and physical along with some lab or radiological testing.  Hope you are better soon.

Symptoms: I am sorry to hear about your struggle. Unfortunately, you're not alone. In that case, psychological issues should be ruled out (stress, depression, etc.). Also, strange as it is, i believe that there may be some toxic substances you are exposed to in the food you eat especially if it is full of preservatives, additives, gmos, etc. It may be worthwhile to go more organic.
