"Uneven Spine": Could be purley muscle. Could be thoracic scoliosis.  You need exam and. X-ray.

Nobody is: perfectly symmetrical.  If there is substantial difference between the two sides, you should consult with an orthopedic surgeon.

: Absolutely!  One of the first things we look at when we diagnose scoliosis is unevenness of shoulders. At your age it may be a bit late to do anything, but still worth getting it checked out.

No: No it is not Normal .the shoulder height could be positional which mean could be related to the way you stand or sit , but the weakness is not and the combination make me thing that there is either a neurological or a musculoskeletal illness causing hypotrophy to that area causing the asymmetric look and causing the weakness. See an osteopath: This is the best time to get a spinal evaluation so your scoliosis can be monitored, and evaluated. So it's not progressing further. Depending where the scoliosis is, can impact your shoulders. Don't delay! you may find relief i getting omt (osteopathic medical treatment) done. It's covered by your insurance!

Depends: You need to know why your shoulder is uneven. Skeletal issues including scoliosis can give the appearance that one shoulder is lower than the other.  Nerve entrapment can cause atrophy and thus asymmetry. Muscle imbalance is certainly a possibility and can be helped with exercise guided by a physical therapist.   See your local doc first for an evaluation.

Labral tear: If this started as a traumatic injury, then most likely you have a labral tear.  The labrum is an important stabilizer of the shoulder joint and if torn or stretched will not provide much support to prevent dislocation.  There are other non-traumatic causes as well that are far less common.  See your local ortho doc for both surgical and non-surgical options.
