"Uneven Spine": Could be purley muscle. Could be thoracic scoliosis. You need exam and. X-ray.

Scoliosis : Uneven shoulders could mean you have scoliosis. The point tenderness radiating to your neck from the shoulder could be from muscle or soft tissue called trigger points. This pain may be easy to treat by your physician but it should be evaluated. There could be a number of other conditions causing your symptoms as well.
