Fatty liver means more fat stored in liver than normal, usually due to metabolic reasons - overweight, diabetes, alcohol overuse/abuse.

Gallbladder wall thickening is a weak sign of gallbladder disease in people with pain or tenderness - in this case it probably means the gallbladder could distend even more than it was.

Usuall if patient has symptoms referrable to gall bladder disease a hida nuclear medicine exam is performed to determine if gall bladder is functioning normally. If normal function and prdesence of sludge not usually a problem. If gall bladder disease sometimes surgery.

May help: It is crystallization of cholesterol and calcium salts that can result in the formation of gallbladder sludge (debris). It can grow to form gallstones. Moreover, this sludge can also lead to medical conditions like pancreatitis, gallbladder inflammation, etc. If no symptoms, no need for treatment, otherwise gallbladder removal can be considered. Low fat diet may help.

Hard to say: Have you had a colonoscopy?  It is hard to say what the spot on your liver is without looking at your films... This could be a simple cyst, but if it is new, it could be a colon cancer (or other kind of tumor).  You need a proper exam, including a colonoscopy if you haven't had one yet.  If that is negative, it may require a biopsy.

It depends: You are probably referring to a 'contracted' gallbladder.  This can occur physiologically after a high fat meal or subsequent to intravenous hormone stimulation whereby the gallbladder empties and becomes smaller.  The second situation is when the gallbladder is diseased - especially when there has been inflammation and scarring, and the gallbladder becomes smaller - i.e.  Contracted.

Marginal function: Your gallbladder is functioning at the threshhold of abnormality. 35% or less is considered abnormal, and if you're symptomatic, i would recommend the gallbladder be removed. About 10% of my cholecystectomy patients don't have any stones at all, just malfunction.So, if you have trouble with fatty foods, bloating, nausea, RUQ pain, etc - speak with a surgeon.Good luck.
