Tight Goggles: Tight goggles can definitely cause this. Or allergy to the rubber compound of the goggles. Try different brand and looser ones.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, however, what you described suggests viral conjunctivitis. Wash your face and eyes with cool water and ascertain that your eyesight is not impaired. If your eyesight is impaired or the symptoms do not get better in two days, please consult a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Allergy or infection: Patients with severe allergies get inflammation on the eyelids and around the eyes and at the corners of the mouth.   This is a skin inflammation called atopic dermatitis. Try an allergy pill like loratidine and a mositerizer like cetaphil or lubriderm (unscented).  If it does not go away or gets worse (more red or weepy) go to your doctor.

Eyelid dermatitis: Dermatitis of eyelid can be caused by different types of allergies and most frequently by eyelid contact dermatitis. Causes include topical medication, cosmetics or even nail enamel or shampoo. Treatment is to stop the cause of the condition and to use topical cortisone like prescription cloderm.

Airborne: Tears would not cause this. Rashes immediately around the eyes are usually caused by dust, pollen, and other airborne allergens and irritants. Your eye sockets are natural "cups" that trap airborne particles, and the skin in those areas is thin and sensitive.  Makeup used to be a common cause of such rashes but not any more; the cosmetic companies have largely eliminated allergens from eye makeup.

See a dermatologist: What you are describing is eczema of the skin under the eyes.  It could be cured with a little topical steroid over the red area and not in the eye.  You can try over the counter 1% Hydrocortisone cream, rub over red area twice daily for maximum one week.  If not resolved you must see a dermatologist or an ophthalmologist.

i have red skin discoloration in outer corners of eyes. also, purplish-red near tear ducts (skin). why? from sinus infection? what can i do for it?

Possible infection: Redness of the skin around the eyes is typically from things like blepharitis, a type of inflammation of the eyelids, or from allergies.  Rubbing the eyes can also cause the redness.  The cause also depends on any other symptoms like itching, dryness, or discharge.  A sinus infection would rarely cause the redness you describe. In any case you should visit your eye doctor to have it checked out.

currently using betaderm cream, i have itchy red skin with small white bumps around nose, mouth, & eyes. occurs randomly, what  is this issue called?

Stop the cream.: First of all, betaderm (which contains betamethasone) is a strong steroid cream that should not be used on the face. Stop using it. Your pimply rash could be due to the cream itself. If it was there before you started applying betaderm, the most common causes are adult acne and rosacea, both easily treatable by a dermatologist, once he or she makes a precise diagnosis.

i am on sulfameth/trimethoprim 800/160. i got a flu shot two days ago. red skin, red eyes, chills, fever. will that go away in few days?

It should yes: You may well have a sulfonamide allergy (sulfa).  These reactions typically last several days.  Benadryl (diphenhydramine) otc..Say 25mg by mouth 2-3 times a day will help.  The situation is a little clouded by the flu shot.  The symptoms may be overlapping a bit.  The fever and chills may be your bodies response to the injection.

This is normal.
