Probably viral: infection. It is not clear what this problem is and is not possible to tell exactly what this is  . He may have some viral issue and it is a time not to be intimate with your partner. This could be spread and may infect both. Practice safe contact.

Examination: Need a lot more information, including a complete medical history, to be able to diagnose/treat. Please make an appointment with your General Physician or Urgent care for evaluation then treatment or referral.  Take with you complete history of your mold exposure, a list of all the meds/supplements/vitamins that you take, and a list of any and all recreational drugs.

Probably viral: pharyngitis and all you need is symptomatic treatment  like otc pain medication, salt water gargle, cepacol throat lozenges. See your local doctor. I hope this helps.

Bumps in Throat: The red bumps are lymph follicles in the mucous membranes surrounding your throat. Any irritation, virus, or bacterial infection may cause these to enlarge after exposure. Unless the irritation is constant, the bumps will subside over time. If they stay enlarged, go see your doctor.

White tongue common: The tongue is known to have many variations with pigmenting, size, appearance, ; not always due to disease. Causes of a tongue that looks white include: lichen planus (responds to steroids), white sponge nevus (familial, benign, permanent), smoker's leukoplakia (2% risk of cancer, needs biopsy), hairy leukoplakia (due to epsteinbarr virus), warts (due to papillomavirus), "thrush" (rx antifungals).

Be alert ! : The bleeding bumps on the side of the tongue can be many things, and so, e of which should be looked at closely.! please see an oral surgeon soon for a thorough history taking and to check it out and if not resolved in couple of weeks, need to have it biopsied, to be safe. Unlikely: There are some red bumps that are supposed to be seen on the back of your tongue and throat so unless you have other symptoms: trouble swallowing, throat closing up, swelling, rash, itching for example i wouldn't think you are having an allergic reaction. Get a doctor to look at your throat if you are concerned.

It : It sounds like you are dealing with a streptococcal pharyngitis (strep throat). You will need to see your doctor for a rapid strep test, exam, and treatment. If it is strep then you will need antibiotics for at least 7 days. Im the meantime you can take Ibuprofen for pain and gargle with warm salt water.
