Neck pain: You may need to have an MRI of the neck to see if you have a herniated disc.

Pain in the neck: what you need is a diagnosis and a program of physical therapy. Recent study showed that UNDERSTANDING the pain source helps with proper PT.

CKD IV RA: If Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) is only helpful on one part of your body you must see your doctor about the other parts of your body not responding to Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine).

: I have evaluated many people with spinal conditions. I can't tell you how important a good examination is needed. There are several reasons for back pain, some are related to problems in organs. Spinal pain can come from bones, muscles, ligaments, nerves, discs and often is due to inflammation and dysfunction of several of these. You should see a doctor in person. I wonder if you have a fracture.

Rheumatism: You are describing SI joint pain and some signs of systemic disease. SI joint is frequent in RA but the hands are the most diagnostic. Multiple joints affected is the hallmark of RA.  Still, there are many other forms of systemic arthritis.  I would be suspicious but the diagnosis would be incomplete.  Give it a few months to check progression.  Meanwhile, intelligent exercise is the key.

i've been having a fever (99.7-100.9) every night for 4 months, i've been on humira (adalimumab) over a year for crohn's, in complete remission. negative to lupus or ra. the only other symptom i have is night sweats, and fatigue and back pain.

Fevers: this is a BIG concern. Taking Humira (adalimumab) a auto-immune suppressant weakness your immunity. You may be having an infection, and your body can not fight it because your on Humira (adalimumab). I would go to the hospital and get evaluated in the ER now.

can norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) stop working after a year? i take it for ra/ severe back pain/sciatica but my dr wont change it i wake up stiff and in tons of pain

Pain Management: Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is the absolute worst choice for long term treatment of chronic pain. I think you need to see a pain management specialist.

mri of si joints shows sacroiliitis, sclerotic changes,cortical irregularity, neg hla-b27, neg ra, lower back pain for 20yrs,now in buttocks & thighs & under heel, morning stiffness, my gp is refusing to refer me to a rheumatologist what should i do?

: Can you see a rheumatologist without a referral? It is likely worth it with your symptoms and x-ray findings. It looks like you have a rheumatologic disorder that needs to be diagnosed and treated. So, see the rheumatologist without a referral or ask your doctor again. Best of luck to you!
