due to allergy, i constantly sneezing and swallowing,  now i have some dull pain on my lower left side of my throat when sneezing. is this normal?

Could be: Irritation, infection or even reflux could be the cause
if no fever get throat sprys that have benzoate, analgesic & antiseptic combination. Take a lot ogf vitamin c, antacid goorgles. Also take antihistamine as Loratadine or terfenadine.

why my throat (below adams apple) feels slight pain when i swallow my saliva when turn my head to the right or at certain angles. its been 10 days.
no pain when tilt my head back, lower my head and turn to left. no pain when eating and drinking?

Sore throat: You may have inflammation of the throat (pharyngitis) or tonsils (tonsillitis), which may be transient, non-infectious or infectious. If symptoms persist, check with your dr. In the meantime, stay hydrated and avoid irritating foods or drinks.

Time to see your Dr: I'm trying to follow what you are saying, but one thing is clear.  Something is not right.  Many of the symptoms you describe may occur from hormonal or vitamin issues, but they also could be signs of a more serious problem.  Ask to be scheduled for a comprehensive physical and some lab work.  Good luck.

Ear and throat hurt: You may have a bacterial or a viral infection.In any case you should see your doctor as you may or may not need antibiotics, depending what is causing it.

See your doctor: Your  problem could be caused by many different things.  Some possibilities include acid reflux, post nasal drip, allergy, tonsil stones, etc.  See your doctor.

Throat lump: Lumps in the neck can sometimes be a variety of things, like normal salivary glands or lymph nodes.  Other things such as congenital mass and cysts can also occur.  You could also have something like a tumor.  It is best to have it looked at to make sure you know what it is so you can get the right treatment, if you need it.

my throat hurts on the left side whenever i swallow something?

Symptomatic Rx: Most sore throats are viral pharyngitis.  Check to see that you don't have an exudate on your pharynx or tonsils or enlarged lymph nodes near the angle of your jaws which could suggest need for a strep throat test.  Viral pharyngitis should resolve without treatment in a few days.  Take some over the counter throat lozenges and tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain relief. Antibiotics are not needed.

Possible answers: Could be viral or bacterial, tonsillitis/ pharyngitis, and even strep throat.  Under these circumstances, have your doctor do throat culture to be safe.  Gargling with mix of lemon juice, ginger root, and honey may help symptoms.

Go To ER: Problems breathing secondary to an oropharyngeal, epiglottic, or lanryngotracheal process can be an emergency. It needs to be urgently evaluated to so that it does not worsen to complete obstruction. Go to the er/ed or your pcp asap.

See an ENT: You might consider having your throat evaluated and a more extensive history taken by a board certified otolaryngologist
