i have mental issues. 1of my concerns is, i live with my parents &i'm 20. i can't do much becuz i feel like i have the mind of a kid. what should i do?

See your doctor: See your doctor and talk about your concerns. Are you on medication? Check to make sure the meds are effective for you. Check into vocational programs in your area (or work with your family to look into it)- many places offer training for disabled adults to help you learn new skills, find a good way to get out of the house, socialize with others, and find something you are good at!

i'm having trouble getting aroused. i have mental issues like borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. is that a possible reason? tips?

Certainly: It is possible that you are depressed as part of bipolar or borderline pd or loss of libido could be a side effect of psychiatric meds for those conditions. Talk to your prescribing doctor and take cars

Hard to say: Nurses generally follow guidelines provided by their affiliated doc when they act on their behalf. If your medical history places you outside the approved list of type of patients the nurse can provide such materials you would need to go directly to the doctor to get them otherwise.

i have severe mental issue i have continuous headache in both sides of the brain since childhood due to which i have severe issues with speech balance memory understanding judgement and confusion my mind does not process anything?

: Continuous headaches should trigger a full neurological workup including physical exam, imaging studies and blood lab tests. consulting with your regular Dr should provide you with a good starting point. If the GP is unable to diagnose or find cause, ask for referral to Neurologist.

i used antidepressant medication as a recreational drug, and i have no mental issues. after 1 week of stopping i still feel dizzy however not similar to the beginning. do i need to visit physician? if yes what specializim and what tests i need to do?

: If the symptoms do not go away then you see your family MD. The tests if needed will be decided by the Md. Best not to take ANY med as a recreational drug- drugs are not for recreation.

Family Doctor Exam!: I encourage you to have a complete medical exam by a Family Doctor to check for any possible medical conditions. A Family Doctor is also well qualified to check for mental health issues. Slow development: Sometimes slow development in walking indicates a condition which requires treatment.  However timelines  are broader than you think and as long as your motor skills are normal now your development was appropriate even though the milestones were late.  Muscle tone, temperament, weight distribution all influence when a baby walks.  Genetic or neurologic disorders sometimes must be ruled out.

Depends: Depends on the reason for the x-dressing.  For the most part, it is a simple bit of fetishism.  If you are unable to maintain sanity without it, then i suggest seeing a therapist.

Most of them: Many psychiatric problems can result  in disturbing the natural ability to get to sleep or stay asleep. Anxiety disorders can disrupt an individuals ability to relax and allow the natural sleep process to occur. Clinical depression also disrupts sleep and can shorten total sleep time. Even major situational stressors can disrupt our natural tendency to fall asleep. Take care of your mental health.
