can gad cause high bp? hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) made my bp lower than normal and i was dizzy a lot. could it just be psychosomatic?

GAD?: Not sure how you're using that abbreviation (gad)? If hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) made your BP too low, i would be suspicious that you don't really have high blood pressure. A good way to confirm that is to purchase a home BP cuff and check it at home, at rest, over several weeks and bring your readings to your provider for review.  In your case, it might make sense to do that off the hctz (hydrochlorothiazide).

i was urinating a lot and i was feeling dizzy. but it is mostly gone now but, only thing different now is my left lower back now hurts. it been like this for a week. i mostly feel it when i walking around. when sitting i don't feelit?

: I answered this question before.
If pain is relieved with some position and exacerbating with certain activities, pain is likely due to a muscle strain, joint or nerve pain, not due to internal organs such as urinary system or bowel tract. If pain has persisted for one week you should see a doctor because most of the common problems I noted above, if simple, should be resolving by now.

Yes, it sounds like: Anxiety.  You are not concerned about normal pregnancy, but a variation, an ectopic, despite having a negative pregnancy test.  The pain the the abdomen may be a few things but not uncommon.  See your doc.  Stress or mood disorders cause poor sleep, low energy and pain without a physical cause.  Consider a psychiatrist if available, not because you r crazy but 4 best  meds if needed, good luck.

im 15 weeks pg with twins i have a lot of pressure in my back lower stomach pain dizziness,  been going off n on for the past 4 hr  should i be concern?

Pregnant with twins: First of all congratulations !    You should expect some back pain. Dizziness may be due to anemia, low blood sugar or low BP. At some point in your pregnancy the weight of the twins may cause pressure on the major vains in your abdomen when you lay down interfering with the return of blood to the heart causing dizziness. 
Typically lying on one side will relieve this problem. Get checked out.

: Pain from muscle strain or arthritis usually eases with local massage or exacerbates with certain body position.
Pain from internal organ such as urinary stone usually radiates to the groin/genital area along with the change in urine color, not improved with massage or body position.
If pain persists or gets worse than yesterday, you should go to ER.

Ectopic : Ectopic pregnancy is when the fertilized egg implants in an area outside of the uterus, where it normally develops into a fetus.  Up to an estimated 20 in every 1, 000 pregnancies are ectopic. Nearly all ectopic pregnancies develop in a fallopian tube. These are often called tubal pregnancies. If left untreated, a tubal ectopic pregnancy can cause fallopian tube damage and cause heavy bleeding that could be very serious.

Various risk factors are associated with ectopic pregnancy, including previous ectopic pregnancy, inflammation of the fallopian tube (salpingitis) or an infection of the uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries (pelvic inflammatory disease) increases the risk of ectopic pregnancy. Often, these infections are caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia.

First signs of an ectopic pregnancy may include vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain or pelvic pain, usually 6 to 8 weeks after a missed period.  If you believe your are pregnant and have any risk factors, or if the bleeding persists or pain increases, you should see your gynecologist immediately.

i have been peeing frequently and a little dizzy but have gotten better.  but know my lower left side of my back has pain. could it just be sore from me peeing a lot? i have been drinking water and taking probiotics because they can help with this?

: Frequent voiding does not cause soreness at the lower left side of you back. 
You probably has a muscle strain but I cannot rule out a moving ureter stone at that location especially if the pain radiating to the genital organ and your urine color changes. If pain gets worse, you should go to ER.
