Possibly: Concerta, like other forms of methylphenidate and amphetamines can cause elevation of blood pressure.  If yoiur blood pressure is already elevated youir doctor should carefully monitor your blood pressure while taking concerta.
Speak with your doctor about this and alternative medications that do not effect blood pressure.

Delsym (dextromethorphan): Delsym (dextromethorphan) without any other additives is OK with high blood pressure. If decongestants are included, the story changes and the risk for high BP patients goes up

i was prescribed ampolodpine and hyrocholthyizide if im spelling it right for my high blood pressure. can i take them together or should they be taken separate? if separate which one should i take in the morning and which at night?

: Amlodopine &amp; hydrochlorothiazide are both commonly prescribed to treat hypertension and are once a day medications. If your BP  tends to be higher in the afternoon or evening I recommend taking them both in the morning. If your BP tends to be higher in the early morning, I'd take them both at night. HCTZ is a slower,longacting diuretic but it  doesn't usually keep you up urinating all night.

i'm 36, nonsmoker, 148 lb . i take 12.5 mg of hydrochlorithiazide daily for high blood pressure .  can i take estrogen/progestin birthcontrol?

Probably OK: To take a low dose pill, u need to ask the doc who has u on the diruretic, if u are going to take a pill i rec loloestrin, only 10 mcg estrogen the lowest combo pill.

Aspirin : No advantage of taking regular as opposed to baby Aspirin in anti-platelet activity for primary prevention in men.

Ear pain: Try chewing gum to equalize the pressure in your ears and avoid pain while flying.

Often first line is a diuretic which has proven to be very successful in preventing mortality and morbidity from htn. But beta blockers, ace inhibitors, calcium channel blockers and others are used with great results.

High blood pressure: Recommendations are not more than one drink per day for women or two drinks per day for men.  Most importantly you should stop smoking.  If your pressure is borderline, just stopping smirking will help you the most.  Adding exercise will also help to lower your blood pressure.
