Pregnancy concern: There are 2 point i have to address here. First one some women have high blood pressure during pregnancy. It is controlled with medications and usually it goes away after delivery. Second point usually delivery is at 40 weeks. So if the delivery is delayed you should consult your gynecologist ASAP to see whats the problem for the delay

She : She needs to be examined immediately by a doctor if she is having ringing in her ears, dizziness, diaphoresis (sweating), and almost passing out and has a history of high blood pressure.  She needs to be examined immediately as she is pregnant.  She should not drive herself.  Please have her evaluated immediately by a doctor.

Yes: Lack of sleep commonly increases blood pressure. If you are watching yours make sure you have several nights of good sleep and haven't been sick before you check.

BP,dizzy: As long as BP is treated ;try working slowly up to a particular exercise level ;if persistent get a treadmill stress test to assess rhythm and BP response to exercise.

Usually none: Most people with high BP dont get symptoms, until they have a heart attack or a stroke (part of brain dies from bleeding into it). That is why high blood pressure is called the "silent killer." however, some people have headache, blurry vision, chest pain, or out of breath with very high blood pressure.

HTN reaction: This is a very good question because we have usually taught that high blood pressure is silent or asymptomatic, but there are patients who perceive their high blood pressure. Likely not as causing anger though.  Usually it would be that anger causes the hypertension rather than the reverse, but discuss with your doctor, check your blood pressure regularly.

Doubt: Hypertension is silent.  Doubt the cause of your dizziness.  By dizzy, do you mean light headed or vertigo noise (spinning sensation)?

i have high blood pressure but whenever i see my doctor, he takes my measurements says its fine. do i get a second opinion? it usual fluctuates between 140-155/80-90.

May need treatment: Get a BP monitor &amp; note the BP at home &amp; take it to the doctor.
Normal BP is around 120/80

You can change your diet &amp; regular exercise can help BP stay in the normal range.

If high,needs treatment.

High BP: High blood pressure needs long term treatment. If you're out of medications and there are no refills on the original, you'll need to contact your Doc regarding another prescription. In general  physicians won't prescribe without knowing the patient.
