HTN reaction: This is a very good question because we have usually taught that high blood pressure is silent or asymptomatic, but there are patients who perceive their high blood pressure. Likely not as causing anger though. Usually it would be that anger causes the hypertension rather than the reverse, but discuss with your doctor, check your blood pressure regularly.
