?? Mycoplasma: Pneumonia with rash could be seen in mycoplasma pneumonia commonly. Were you treated for pneumonia? With what antibiotic? It could be drug rash as well, or could some other diseases like kawasaki diseases. See a doc asap for further work up.

when i cough too hard, sneeze or vomit my blood vessels hurt. i literally feel pain in my chest, shoulders, arms and legs. how bad is this?

Really intense cough: All the parts of your body are connected so if you have a really intense cough it is not surprising that you feel it rattling other parts of your body. Now the question is why are you coughing so intensely. I obviously don't know what is causing the cough. It could be an infectious process, an allergic one or something else. You should see your doc ASAP and get a work up.

does low iron make ur legs and arms hurt. i have copd.  and iron was low but last time check it was normal.  so quit taking iron pills.  and my arms and bottoms of my legs hurt alot.

Mgt: Other considerations for these symptoms include an arrhythmia, angina and hypertension.
I would suggest an EKG and another visit to your PCP.

Cough in copd: Patient's with COPD are prone to develop cough as the air ways are affected or from bronchitis. Trial of cough medications may help. Pulmonary hypertension is unlikely to cause cough.

Hard to say: w/o more info, I would guess is that is a viral exanthem, which are harmless rashes caused by viral illnesses. Another possibility is something called acrodermatitis, which is a skin rxn against viruses and in some cases vaccines. Also harmless; antihistamines and steroid creams (like hydrocortisone), calamine lotion will help with the itch. The rash should resolve on its own.

Virus: Sounds like a virus but since it has been 5 days already i would have him checked out by the pediatrician or family doctor, not an urgent care or walk in clinic!

Need chest xray: The pain with deep breathing suggests pleuritic pain (due to inflammation or fluid between the lung and chest wall).  The fever and dry cough suggest infection.  The pain in shoulder could be due to pain from fluid/inflammation involving the diaphragm known as "referred pain."  a chest xray and/or ct scan of chest would be helpful to determine if there is fluid outside or inside the lung.

URI: You may have a sinus or upper respiratory infection. If symptoms have persisted more than ten days see you foctor for possible antibiotic treatment.
