Paroxysmal: atrial tachycardia .  See an electro physiologist, you might need an ablation, which is curative

Both of you?: That's unusual, to be sure. I mean that both of you hurt in the chest. You are young, and that by the odds or by statistics makes certain ailments more likely than others. Musculoskeletal pains or problems are most prevalent. These can usually be deduced by virtue of the fact that motion or changes in body positions makes the problem evident. Esophageal and gallbladder disorders.

Be concerned: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, great vessel disease, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), and muscle problems to name a few.  It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having.  If you are currently having the symptoms you are describing you should see a doctor pronto!

CALL 911: I don't know when you wrote in, but I am just now reading this question. This is a medical emergency.  Heart attack sx can include:   chest pain or tightness, shortness of breath, increased sweating pain or numbness radiating down the arm (more often left than right) and nausea. There could be pain in the upper back, head, jaw or teeth. One fourth of people have heart attacks without chest pain.

Chest Pain Young Fem: Unlikely that this is a serious problem; but not guaranteed.  Healthtap appears to note that you have already had a Chest X-ray and Stress Test.  Is that correct?   Are you an athlete?   Past surgery on heart, lungs, or chest?   Other symptoms during episodes (trouble breathing, lightheaded, pain in jaw/arms, sweating?).  Recommend regular visit with your doctor as soon as possible.

Sometimes: A rapid heart rate can sometimes cause a sensation of chest pain.  On the other hand, things that cause chest pain can elevate your heart rate.  I think it would be wise to see your doctor and have it evaluated with and EKG and possibly a monitor worn for 24 hours to check for abnormal heart rhythms or other potentially harmful causes of the symptoms.

in head-on collision with crushing chest pain after, i had an abnormal ekg 10 days later. is it okay to do a stress ekg? worried about further injury.

Cardiac contusion: You likely had a cardiac contusion. It's safe to do the stress test but i'm not sure the information will be useful since a positive result may turn out to be a false positive. Stress tests are extremely safe because they're supervised with close ekg, bp, and rhythm monitoring and they're graduated and can be immediately stopped if a problem arises.
