Cardiac contusion: You likely had a cardiac contusion. It's safe to do the stress test but i'm not sure the information will be useful since a positive result may turn out to be a false positive. Stress tests are extremely safe because they're supervised with close ekg, bp, and rhythm monitoring and they're graduated and can be immediately stopped if a problem arises.
