Yes: COPD is extremely rare in children.  Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency is a known cause of COPD or emphysema.  The onset of lung disease is uncommon before early adulthood.  Protein replacement therapy is available to treat this disorder if causing copd/emphysema.

Bad choices: You probably don't need or want to pick A or B. Both require a doctor's DX and TX and it might be another thing altogether. A common cause of neuropathy is a diabetic condition w/ other signs too - are you a diabetic? Get into care if 'yes'! MS usually starts a bit later in age. Have an exam to find an answer. Best!

: A leading symptom of "MS" is intranuclear ophthalmoplegia, but this is usually non-painful, and can be elicited by a simple eye exam by a neurologist (lateral gaze nystagmus).  Simple muscle spasm which is painful is usually not a symptom of "MS".  Get a referral to a neurologist or ophthalmologist.

Myoclonic seizures?: You may be experiencing a form of limited or localized seizure disorder known as "myoclonus" (muscle-centered), which is a form of epilepsy (sudden increase in  electric activity in some areas of the brain). If this is the case with you, it can be treated with anticonvulsants. Consult a neurologist.

is it safe to take a nutritional supplement that has trypsin and chemotrypsin if you have an alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency?

Yes but not helpful: Trypsin ; chemotrypsin being proteins get digested and broken down in to individual Amino Acids before being absorbed from the gut. So in terms of safety, there are no concerns. However, i don't think they have any value of health benefit as nutritional supplements.

You need to : Follow up with your doctor. The cervical stenosis can cause the problems you describe. It's possible the prednisone is simply not working. Perhaps a cervical collar would help?

Sounds like you have: Had a pain work up already. Acupuncture may be an excellent treatment adjunct for lumbar strain ; muscle spasms. Take care.

i have severe nocturnal muscle spasms (legs/feet/thighs) when tapering off prednisone. what could be causing this and how can i treat/prevent it?

Stretching: Don't know why tapering off Prednisone would trigger nocturnal leg cramps.  Gentle yoga type stretching held for a full 2-3 minutes has helped others with chrons disease who take a lot of Prednisone and have nocturnal leg cramps.  Safer than meds when done properly.
