Rashes are tough: Rashes are tough to diagnose without actually seeing them. However, if by "circular rash" you mean a circle-shaped rash with rash only on the edge and clear in the middle, this could be ring-worm, which is a fungal infection in the skin (not a worm). The bumps on your rump could also be a fungal rash. Advise that you see your doctor for an examination to determine the cause of the rash and treat.

Among STD's: It could be syphilis, hepatitis, aids, or gc.  But more likely it could be another infection, but std.  Get to a doctor to help you figure out this one.

Itchy rash: Itchy rash. Last menstrual period? Make sure you're not pregnant. LMP? Past medical history? Most likely, you are having an allergic reaction to something you touched in that area. There are other possibilities. You can try over the counter topical steroid and benadryl to treat the itch. See MD if it is bothering you for an in person evaluation since there are other possibilities, need exam 2b sur

Doctor can examine: Bumps and spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, other infections (impetigo), medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to various things (poison oak, allergenic foods), etc... That means a rash that persists, looks worrisome, or may be infected should be checked by a doctor... in-person or online.

Bug bite: If no other symptom, clean the area well, apply an antibiotic cream OTC, antihistamine if itchy. If spreading reaction or progressive symptoms, see a doctor or ER, wish you both wellness

Compresses: Something like that could be a simple cyst.  That can be treated with a warm compress, 10-15 min a few times a day. For the redness and itching hydrocortisone can be used twice daily for up to a week. If it worsens, or just doesn't go away see your doctor.
