i have been getting pain in my front lower legs while walking. is this related to my diabetes?

Possibly: There would have to be tests done to determine if the pain is the result of blood vessel blockage or just a muscular reaction to the activity.  If it is blood vessel blockage it is most likely related to the diabetes.  It can be treated by medication and, sometimes, surgery.  If it is muscular a program of physical theray with graded exercises would help.

whenever i try to run/walk really fast i get a burning feeling in both of my lower legs.they feel stiff, and i get hot burning feeling that hurts.

Seek medical eval : Appears that you may be irritating the nerves in your legs with activity. See your Physician to determine the cause

every time i walk or use my feet a lot in one day (like 2 miles worth) i get this pain in my lower legs that radiates up. it feels kind of dull? thats the only way i know how to describe it. im not a couch potato and this has been going on for 3yr?

: There are many causes possible . Top ones ... normal developement . 
See if you can get into physical therapy for a session or two , to have an eval and retraining first.

Sounds like shin: Splints or medial tibial stress syndrome.  It's related to repetitive stress to the shin bones(tibia) and the associated soft tissue.  Excessive uphill, downhill, uneven terrain, or hard surfaces jogging/running contributes as does worn-out shoes or suboptimal biomechanics around the way your foot plants/strikes on the ground.

both ant. knees + post. lower legs get ice cold when sitting for 30 mins. takes 1hr walking to warm up. arteriovenous us, d-dimer, abi norm. what now?

Not common : It sounds like a form of autonomic dysfunction such as chronic regional pain syndrome.   I can only guess because the symptoms are not commonly encountered.  If your doc has no further suggestions perhaps try some acupuncture.

backs of both my lower legs to ankles are stiff&sore. especially after i get up from sleeping or sitting down. sharp pain that goes away after abit. in more of my left leg than my right. have to hobble abit just after i start to walk.

Get examined: you will need a physicial exam, x-rays of your lumbo-sacral spine, nerve conduction studies and possibly an MRI of the LS spine. I would suggest an orthopedic evaluation.

Circulation or nerve: It could be numerous things. Poor circulation or nerve problem. You should get a set of labs done such as CBC and lipid panel to check if you have high cholesterol. . Additionally, you should go to a cardiologist and get an ekg, abi, and arterial ultrasound of the arms and legs. Also, if those are negative, get a nerve conduction test to see if you may have carpal tunnel or any nerve problem.

i believe i have sun poisoning on my lower legs it's been 4 days now and when i walk it feels like my muscles cramp if i stand still too long should i get this checked out right now or should i wait a bit or should i go in now?

Depends: If it is getting better you may wait it out. If it is not gone in another 3-4 days it would be prudent to see a doctor. Try using an emollient like vaseline to help the skin heal.

Don't know: what your question is, but if you have had diabetes for 31 years you need to keep your sugar in as tight a control as possible, take proper precautions with your feet, and follow up closely with your physician and possibly a podiatrist,
