Fibromyalgia: 20's female w. "rotated hips, fatigue, back pain, headache, stomach upset, feels cold" needs general medical evaluation. If no distinct findings then fibromyalgia, FM, is a consideration. FM is highly associated w. Hypermobility Syndrome &amp; Beighton Criteria might be reviewed. Sacroiliac joint instability begets back pain, begets non-restorative sleep, begets fatigue. IBS highly associated with FM.

Viral infection: Your symptoms are suggestive of viral upper respiratory infection. Sometimes these infections can also cause abdominal pain. Drink enough fluids, take adequate rest and otc remedies for headache etc. If you are not better in 5-7 days then you need to see your pcp.

COVID 19:  My understanding is that you need to consult with a medical provider if living in South Africa. That provider will determine if testing is indicated. If you live in the US - the testing policies vary by state. I think it is clinically indicated.

hi! am use cabegoline for lowering prolactin 0.25 twice a week it was 75  now is 26 bt didnt get my piriod from 28/3/15 now getting diarrhia feeling tired my stomach is pumping bt negative hpt,should i wait more or stop madicine plz help?

High prolactin: I recommend that you take another hpt a week after the last. If still negative, make an appointment with your doctor to check your hormone level. The decrease in your prolactin means that the hormone is not the reason for you not to get a period. If you are trying to conceive or continue to have diarrhea, you can talk to your doctor about changing you to another drug like bromocriotine.

Headache/fever: You should take your daughter to the doctor.  Depending how long this has been going on this could be viral or something more intense.  Also depending on how high is the fever, she maybe getting dehydrated which is why she looks thinner.  Get her checked out.

Sleep clinic: If you've read up on all the proper methods of getting a good night's sleep, followed the best practices and still have insomnia, look into going to a sleep clinic or to a specialist in sleep disorders. The goal is not to become dependent upon sleeping pills.

Mgt: I would suggest having your oxygen saturation with exercise checked. Some conditions to consider include pulmonary arterial hypertension, an embolism, anemia.
