Fibromyalgia: 20's female w. "rotated hips, fatigue, back pain, headache, stomach upset, feels cold" needs general medical evaluation. If no distinct findings then fibromyalgia, FM, is a consideration. FM is highly associated w. Hypermobility Syndrome & Beighton Criteria might be reviewed. Sacroiliac joint instability begets back pain, begets non-restorative sleep, begets fatigue. IBS highly associated with FM.
