Lots to consider...: An ache +/- distension in the upper abdomen may originate from the stomach, duodenum, mid-colon, small bowel, liver, pancreas, bile ducts and gallbladder, spleen, abdominal muscles themselves, hernias, blood vessels that feed the organs.  Sometimes the cause is inflammatory, ischemic, infectious, obstructive, or just muscle spasms. Checking with your doctor can identify what's the problem area.

Doctor's exam/ Xrays: A medical exam is necessary. Swelling in upper abdomen can be caused by an enlarged liver, or spleen or a mass in that area from another cause. There is a reason to check this area out completely with a ct scan. If the ct scan is normal then you do not have to worry about this ' swelling' i hope it is not collection of fluid. That will also show up on a ct scan. Then ask your doctor to explain it.

Go to ER now: These are symptoms of an infection in your abdomen such as diverticulitis which is an emergency. You need immediate evaluation in an er to determine the cause.

Withdrawal symptoms?: You might be experiencing nicotine withdrawal in this fashion.  Have you tried nicotine replacement?  Studies show nicotine replacement and phone therapy in combination have the best results in being able to quit cigarettes successfully

Vaginal Discharge: You might have an infection such as trichomomas  or chlamydia, or a change in your hormone levels could be the culprit. Is the discharge clear, or is it yellow-green or foul smelling? I would definitely make an appointment with your gynecologist and have a thorough examination to determine the cause and recommend a treatment plan for you.

i had lipolysis injection session 2 days ago using ppc solution on stomach and love handles area. i dont have swelling nor any problem post the procedure but i really feel my tummy and waist are getting bigger ... i feel i am fatter. any problem?..?

Measure: Whenever in doubt about what is going on try to get a measurement. For example measuring your waist circumference may provide evidence for it. Physiologic processes, such as constipation or water retention may create the impression of swelling, but without an immediate lasting effect on actual size. Body dysmorphic disorder becomes possible and having your doc weigh in should be your next step.

Pregnant?: It sounds like you are asking if you may be pregnant - usually if you are, an over the counter pregnancy test will be positive around the time of your missed period.
