Vaginal Discharge: You might have an infection such as trichomomas or chlamydia, or a change in your hormone levels could be the culprit. Is the discharge clear, or is it yellow-green or foul smelling? I would definitely make an appointment with your gynecologist and have a thorough examination to determine the cause and recommend a treatment plan for you.

See a doctor: This would require a doctor to check out. Some problems, such as bacterial vaginosis can cause cramping of the uterus, vaginal discharge with a fishy odor and possibly bloating. It is easily treated by a doctor. Irritable bowel syndrome can cause bloating and abdominal cramps. In either case, this constellation of symptoms could have several causes and is worthy of a doctors visit.
