Try OTC ointment: A new rash in that area could be from a number of things. I would start with cleansing the area and applying an otc ointment such as hydrocortisone. If you're having more serious symptoms, that would be a more appropriate indication to go to the emergency room. If it's not that serious and doesn't respond  otc ointment, we might try a local urgent care. Best wishes.

Spreading rash: There are many rashes that can erupt along paths of skin nerves.  These paths are called dermatomes.  One such rash is shingles (herpes zoster) that has red patches and small grouped blisters or vesicles.  Several dermatoles involve the back and the back of the arm.  Please see your doctor for an evaluation and treatment.  Shingles is usually treated with antiviral medications taken by mouth.

See dermatologist: this could be a reaction to a medicine that you have taken. There are other possibilities such as a heat rash. An allergy or insect bites would be itchy. See dermatologist for eval and Tx.

See your doctor: Red bumps on your pubic area need to be seen by a physician because they usually need treatment.  Red itchy rashes are also important to treat.  They can range from infections which are also contagious such as strep or herpes to skin conditions such as allergies and eczema.  Please do not delay getting a diagnosis and proper treatment.

theres a red rash on my right arm, its hot to the touch. it looks like sunburn & radiates heat. its gotten larger but comes & goes. my right ear & shoulder get the same warm red rash. theres no bumps, itching, or pain but should i see my pcp?

Skin infection: This could be a bacterial (strep or staph) infection of the skin, and can be very dangerous. If there is any evidence of a red streak going up and down the affected limb, see your MD immediately.

i developed some hurting skin in right outer armpit. a day felt the sore skin in shoulder blade/upper back. two days later noticed small rash on lower inner right breast. all of breast is tender, nipple very sensitive. is this shingles...a mild case?

: It sounds like you may be right that it is Shingles. You could be evaluated and may be placed on medication to reduce the duration of the pain and also consider getting the shingles vaccine.

Must be visualized: to make any diagnosis. Hopefully, these are benign skin tags or simple warts, must cannot diagnose without direct observation and/or photo documentation.

i have a lot of small red raised acne bumps and clogged pores on my back, mostly on my shoulder blades. what causes them and how do i get rid of it??

Acne: Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria.  Acne can be inheritable and often if your parents had acne when they were your age, you may be more prone to get acne as well.  Some people produce more oil then others, etc. Drying soaps and "Acne washes" can help.  Sometimes low-dose antibiotics can be Rx'd by your doctor, creams, etc.  See your Doctor.
