what could this be?

Depends: If you had sex since your last period, did the test correctly, after a missed period; you are pregnant. Please see a doctor for the sake of your and your baby's health.

i had a positive pregnancy test but didn't have implantation bleeding but bad stomach cramps. is this normal ?

: "Implantation bleeding" is frequently not an observable entity, and can certainly occur without pronounced clinical evidence.  A postitive pregnancy test is confirmation of implantation, but if pains continue, see your GYN physician for an exam and other testing to confirm the location of the pregnancy as intrauterine.

is it possible to get a positive pregnancy test 14 days after having your period? i had a steady flow for about 4-5 days but no cramps or usual period symptoms. i began to have headaches and cravings so i tested and had 2 faint positives?

: If your cycle is 28 days you certainly can ovulate and conceive at day.14 of your cycle. Sometimes it's too early for the pregnancy test to be strongly positive, though.

Maybe: You should see a doctor. Cramps could be a normal part of early pregnancy. Or it could mean that you have an ectopic pregnancy, which is a pregnancy in the fallopian tube. Ectopic pregnancies are life threatening if not treated. You need to call your doctor.

i have a friend who has taken plan b, has had 1 positive pregnancy test 7 days after sex then a negative test 2 days after. then a negative test 2 weeks later and 5 days after that another negative, shes had cramps for 13 days now, is it pregnancy?

: HPT's are accurate about a week after a missed period. The positive test seven days post encounter was most likely a false positive. Has your friend missed her period? If so, have her see her OBGYN since the dates you posted add up to 28 days after intercourse.

Threatened AB: It may be normal. Usually bleeding or cramping early in pregnancy can be concerning and may signal an abnormal pregnancy with an upcoming miscarriage. However, this isn't known yet so your OB will check hormone levels and decide if an ultrasound is helpful. Good luck to your early pregnancy.

The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

You : You need to be medically evaluated.  Please be seen by a gynecologist and be sure that your pregnancy is ok.  If you develop pain, fever, vomiting, spotting, or light-headedness/fainting then you will need to be seen in the er.

The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  if you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.
