i have started getting weird rashes on my arms and inner thighs when eating food. it has started happening more now. could this be an allergy? it happens with many different foods, and sometimes when i have not yet eaten

? urtcaria: most of the time it has no specific cause, you can try OTC  antihistamine as cetirizine (Zyrtec) or loratadine (Claritin) , unless contraindicated, one tablet a day of either, for few days, if not controlled, see a dermatologist, good luck

Yeast?: You may have a yeast infection. These are very common and are not sexually transmitted. There are also sweat glands on your outer labia - perfectly possible to get pimples there. A check up can easily determine what is going on. Quit worrying and get checked. Good luck.

Rash: which is spreading needs to be evaluated by your doctor ASAP.  He/she will tell you what you have and help you keep it from spreading.  There are many possibilities.  Peace and good health.

i had a skin outbreak 5 years ago, started as a pimple the became a puss filled rash that covered my arms, body and thighs. allergy test was negative, blood tests showed nothing, healed after 3 to 4 wks. was it herpes?

Not likely.: Herpes apparently occurs regularly with trauma and sun exposure.  This seems more like poison ivy or some staph infection of a skin pore that got out of control.

dr,  i have severe itching in leg with red rashes for last two days & reduces on avil tab.. 'm on warf 6mg & hcq 400. is it medicine's allergy?

Probably not: but you need to talk to your doctor about this issue.  Warfarin rash tends to induce huge bruises and likely more generalized than confined to the legs.  However it is possible that this may be from HCQ especially if it had been introduced within the past month or so.  If problem persists, you may need to see a dermatologist.  If it is helped by Advil, (ibuprofen) I would look for the presence of vasculitis.

Contact dermatitis : could be  the  cause. The medication is probably right kind of medication but you may need stronger support such as  systemic corticosteroid and antihistaminic. Contact to your medication prescriber.

Get examined: The best treatment comes after an exam by a knowledgeable doc who identifies the real issue &amp; treats accordingly. I would expect no benefit to either of your assumed labels with allergy pills. You did not list what the cream is but good treatments for the wrong problem seldom help. Without an exam or detailed description the cause/type of rash cannot be labeled.

Eczema: Usually an itch that turns to rash when scratched is eczema or atopic dermatitis.  This is associated with allergies.  Maybe start taking your allergy medications again.
