i have a lump on my elbow next to the elbow bone and i have an uncomfortable pain in my forearm and tricep, it doesn't look like a zit or bug bite ?

Bursa: This is most likely a painless bursitis of the elbow with fluid collection. Lack of redness,pain or tenderness would rule out infection or gout. These may recede or remain the same. Your physician or an orthopedic surgeon can advise you best.

I : I am not sure that can be answered without having the lump evaluated. Just above the elbow there are supratrochlear lymph nodes. If you had a tiny cut or infection the lymph node could be draining the germs, dead white blood cells or other gunk, which caused the lymph node to be inflammed.  If you had multiple swollen nodes over the body, that could be problematic.

i found a very very very tiny perfectly round lump on my elbow, its slightly hard, but moveable under the skin. it also doesnt hurt, and hasnt grown. is it possible its a cyst? or should i be concerned?
