I : I am not sure that can be answered without having the lump evaluated. Just above the elbow there are supratrochlear lymph nodes. If you had a tiny cut or infection the lymph node could be draining the germs, dead white blood cells or other gunk, which caused the lymph node to be inflammed. If you had multiple swollen nodes over the body, that could be problematic.
