i have a lump on my abdomen that is pulsating. it moves around when i push it. could this be an aaa?

Yes: A pulsating abdominal mass would make me very concerned for a possible abdominal aortic aneurysm and it should be definitively ruled in or out.

is there anyrhing else that can give me pulsing abdomen besides aaa.uncomfortable feelong in that area 9 days can it be damage to stomoch or just anxi?

Others not important: Pulsating abdomen is a serious life threatening problem   AAA has to be ruled before considering any thing else . Urgent medical attentions is needed to save a life.

Transmission: of aortic pulse to epigastric (upper abdominal level) area is very common especially in thin individuals.  Chance of Aneurysm very very unlikely with negative CT (and your age)

Good: That is likely your normal pulse in a relatively thin body!
we all should be able to feel that-except most are too fat!

that pulse  is good.
No pulsation would be a bad thing!
your doc can assess for any expansion on physical or ultrasound.

See you doctor: It would not be normal to have a mass that size.  You need to see your doctor for an exam and work-up for a definite diagnosis.

AAA.: It would be unusual to have an AAA at your age, unless you have some underlying medical condition that would make you more likely to have one at your age.  We can sometimes normally feel the pulse of the aorta through the skin of the abdomen or even transmitted across the liver if we're pushing on the liver.  But it couldn't hurt to confirm/deny with an abdominal ultrasound.

Can't tell: Symptoms aren't peculiar to aneurysm, you need to be seen however if you have had these symptoms for long. History and physical examination would direct further management, like need for imaging studies and what type, good luck

See your doctor: Unlikely to be an aortic aneurysm, given your age and that is does not pulsate with your pulse.

Please see your doctor for a complete history and physical about this problem.

If appropriate, an abdominal aortic ultrasound could be performed to evaluate the size of your abdominal aorta.

i have of a lump on my left side of my belly button, i can feel my aorta pulsating which hurts from time to time. also i suffer from chest pains.

Get evaluated ASAP!: Without knowing more information - age, cardiac risk factors, more characteristics of chest pain, and other symptoms, I suggest you seek medical attention asap.  Your pulsatile lump sounds like an umbilical hernia.  If it is tender, it should also be evaluated as soon as possible.
