See your doctor: Unlikely to be an aortic aneurysm, given your age and that is does not pulsate with your pulse. Please see your doctor for a complete history and physical about this problem. If appropriate, an abdominal aortic ultrasound could be performed to evaluate the size of your abdominal aorta.

Probably not: Aneurysms at your age are rare. In a normal, person we can see the pulsation, and feel the aorta. If there is family history of aneurysm then one might do an ultrasound- noninvasive test.
