Yes, there is: Beyond medication is the work you can do w/ an experienced OCD therapist or program. In-patient may be needed for the intense training you'll get to fight and win this war. OCD is a bully. We need to learn how to fight back. Making you tired is a way OCD tries to defeat you. Your need to be fit. Look for a successful OCD therapist and start standing up to it. Get it treated!: If you have any kind of fracture of the talus, see a doctor and get it treated.  There is always something that can be done.  In more severe or long-standing cases, surgery may be required.  You are too young to have to suffer with this kind of pain.  A doctor may be able to help you tremendously.

Yes & no: You don't say if you are getting treatment for your sleep apnea. If not, get treatment. Yes, untreated it can affect your success, but no it will not lower your iq. Your symptoms should all get better with the proper treatment. Don't wait. Do something asap!

2B brave act brave: Nobody is going to reach out to you to make your life better. Nobody owes you happiness or fulfillment. You must take appropriate initiative. If you're old enough to be writing, you can walk away from a difficult past. Stop doing the things that waste your time, join an activity where you are likely to meet someone, learn a new marketable skill, be a diplomat & learn to enjoy your own company.
