No: No, you should be fine.  It will be long gone.

i had a beer yesterday evening with dinner, which means if i get the blood test it will have been a day and a half. will any alcohol show up on my test?

Depends on the test: Blood testing is actually not the best way to look for drugs, because most are short-acting and the amount of drug in blood is very tiny. Urine is the best body fluid, and saliva is increasingly being used as well. Hair and nail testing will detect some drugs for months. Newer alcohol tests (EtG, EtS, PeTH) can detect alcohol use for several days, if they are using those tests.

Depends: If the blood test is to test for alcohol, then yes.  If it is for other reasons, no.  The alcohol may affect other test results, but unless ordered specifically, the alcohol will not be reported.

i am to have a pt or ptt blood test checking for blood clotting (having 2 teeth pulled near future). last night drank 4 beers = 44.8 oz @ 5.6% alcohol ea, stopped drinking @ 9:30pm. how long would i need to wait to have the blood test please?

: You can have the blood tests in the morning.
Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.

liver enzymes were normal in early april  ast was 32, alt was 28, at that time i was drinking maybe 4 or 5 pints of beer on weekends (no alcohol during week). since then, i have had 5-8 pints per wknd...blood test in a week ..will liver levels rise?

May be: May be is not much of an answer and you may already know the results of your tests. However, I would like to stress that alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good ever.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

It might: Alcohol is metabolized by your body as sugar, and so a test for diabetes might be positive, of course depending on how much alcohol was consumed..

Depends: Entirely depends on how much you drank and how many hours between your blood test and your last drink. You need about 1-1.5 hours to burn off a standard drink. Though most routine screening blood tests do not check for an alcohol level. Unless it is for prior drinking...

blood test said i had high uric acid. i was told come back after 3 months for blood test (no alcohol or red meat). will one night out affect it much?

Sorry: Once a gout attack is triggered, it is difficult to stop.  High uric acid levels do not correlate perfectly with risk of experiencing a gouty joint.  If a night out triggers gout, most patients would agree that it was not worth it.  However, if it does not, most patients will agree that it was worth it.

It may: Depending on how much alcohol is consumed and which test is performed. Different methods for testing alcohol wi have different sensitivities and different levels of detection.

Accepted Answer

No: Routine labs don't check to see if you've been drinking. It would invade your privacy in any case. What happens in your physician's office is between you and him/her -- we're not here to look for what you're doing for fun, but if there's something you want to talk about, that's fine and we can keep your secrets.
