today it was a windy day and i got something in my eye i've cleaned it out with saline eye cleaner but can't find anything now my eye is very saw red.

Eye: Probably there is something either still there or there may be a small corneal abrasion. If you go to the er or perhaps your pmd they will be able to check it out and treat appropriately. Eyes is not an area to take lightly.

this morning i got something in my eye and now this evening it still feels like something is there im not sure if it is or isnt but its very uncomfortable theres no pain but it is annoying. flushed with water but it didnt work. will i be okay?

: If it still feels like there is something in your eye, you should see your eye doctor or go to the emergency room, particularly if there is pain involved. Otherwise, use saline eyedrops. If it is not getting better, be sure to seek help. Good luck.

See an eye doctor: You should not poke you eye with tweezers as you can scratch your cornea and that can lead to serious complications.You may have a foreign body in cornea and it needs to be removed properly so see an eye doctor or go to er.

No silver in eye: An eye scratch is seriously painful but you did not mention that.  Is the cut on your  conjunctiva (over the white of the eye) which would cause a little blood in the tears.  Keep the eye clean and wash out with ordinary artificial tears.  Eye fluids are very antibacterial so you do not need to try and fight an infection which is very unlikely to be present.  See an ophthalmologist

Eye crust: The crust stuff may represent mucus, proteinaceaous material and oils as a resonse to the foreign body in your eye.

Eye wash: Various eye rinse products are available over-the-counter at most pharmacies. Even water from your tap is fine. If you are not able to remove it quickly you should seek care from an ophthalmologist. The longer of foreign body remains in the eye the more likely it is to become infected.

Foreign Body in Eye?: If you have something in your eye, then I recommend you try flushing your eye with lots of flowing clean water.  You don't say what you mean exactly.  If you feel like there is something stuck into your eye, like metal for instance, then you would want to be seen right away.  Otherwise, try the eye wash, and then go to an eye doctor or urgent care clinic if that does not resolve your problem.
