Foreign Body in Eye?: If you have something in your eye, then I recommend you try flushing your eye with lots of flowing clean water. You don't say what you mean exactly. If you feel like there is something stuck into your eye, like metal for instance, then you would want to be seen right away. Otherwise, try the eye wash, and then go to an eye doctor or urgent care clinic if that does not resolve your problem.

Try: Pulling the upper lid over the lower, then blinking several times. Sometimes if it's an eyelash, that will get it out. If you can't get whatever it is to come out, you need to be seen by a doctor. Good luck!

Flush the eye: with saline eye wash. If it won't come out see a doctor or urgent care center.

Depends: If it is something that flew in from air breezes or ordinary activity you can try to flush it out with lubricating eyedrops. If it flew in with force (if you were drilling or grinding for instance), you need emergency attention. You might be able to see an object stuck to your cornea in a well lighted, magnifying mirror. Any er is skilled at removal of objects stuck in the eye or see an eyedoc.

Seek help: Hi, don't try to do it yourself. You may risk injury. See an Ophthalmologist.
