If it still feels like there is something in your eye, you should see your eye doctor or go to the emergency room, particularly if there is pain involved. Otherwise, use saline eyedrops. If it is not getting better, be sure to seek help. Good luck.

I agree with Dr. Seibert. Some additional information: sometimes when something gets into the eye, it can cause a scratch to the eye, even a corneal abrasion. This will often make it feel like the foreign body is still there. This is why it is important to have an eye doctor examine your eye, as if there is an abrasion, it may need some treatment.
