Can't tell: By two months after an lavh, almost everyone should be fully recovered.  If you are still having pain you should see you doctor for evaluation and management.  While you may just be having a slower recovery than average, you may also have something wrong that is treatable for a better recovery going forward.

See your doctor: It may be anything from candida dermatitis to infected whiteheads on your face. Your doctor can help you get the correct diagnosis and treatment plan to help you get rid of it. Take a picture of it so that you can show her the progression in case it changes when you see her.  Hope it gets less tender.

Call your dentist: Sounds like you need to keep firmer pressure with gauze on the extraction site to stop the bleeding. If you don't have any more gauze right now, you can use pieces of folded up paper towel. Get more gauze from your dentist. As for the pain, your dentist should be able to call in a prescription for a pain med.

Scalp hematoma: The large knot you got when you bumped your head is called a hematoma, which is from bleeding under the skin. Often these can take quite a while to completely resolve. It is a slow steady process. It will go away eventually. The ongoing scalp pain may be as a result of superficial skin nerves being damaged. The important thing is that your brain is OK, the other things are temporary problems.
