Symptoms include weak stream, difficulty starting stream, hesitency, urinary frequency/urgency, nocturia. I would see your medical doctor. He will likely perform an examination of your prostate and may consider starting medication to treat your bothersome urinary symptoms.

: This is not unusual as long as it is transient. The heart muscle works harder when you're supine than when you're sitting or standing and adjusts on first lying flat but then normalizes rather quickly. Rapid heart rate combined with chest pain or shortness of breath would be worrisome though &amp; would warrant investigation by your MD.

Unlikely: If you have had a period that is normal in terms of timing, duration and flow, then it is unlikely that you are pregnant.  If you don't want to get pregnant, it would be best to get on a regular birth-control pill or other more effective method.  The pull-out method doesn't have a good track-record.  Best wishes!

.? Blood sugar level: At your age this could be nothing serious or something major. Nocturnal could be a result of swelling during the day which could be related to your diet (high salt) and possibly high blood pressure. There is also a worry about diabetes presenting at this age. Uti is also a concern. I would suggest you see a physician for further evaluation.

Nocturia tips: Depending on what is causing it, you could avoid drinking abundant water about 2 hrs before going to sleep, also avoid consuming caffeine and alcohol. Compression stockings may be worn through the day to prevent fluid from accumulating in the legs, unless heart failure or another contraindication is present and visit your doctor since it could be an important sign of certain illnesses.
