when playing soccer i get tired quickly and feel a burning feeling in muscle. i wennt to the doctor and my cpq level was high. what shld i do?

Muscle issue: Would return to the doctor to discuss. It may be related to how aggressive you are playing soocor especially if not you do not play it on a regular basis and do not exercise on a regular basis or it may have othtr causes that need to be looked into.

Yes: Typically after a septoplasty, patients are advised to avoid strenuous activity for 10-14 days, after which normal activities can be resumed.

Depends on…: What form you're using & how severe the injury. Olfen (diclofenac) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug for mild-moderate pain. Inongan (methyl salicylate) is usually a topical anti-inflmmatory. Prolonged use of diclofenac may irritate the stomach. Frequent use of salicylates can affect hearing. If using either only short-term, decide according to the amount of pain: diclofenac for more sever.

how can i get super skinny really fast. i used to play soccer for thirteen years but stopped. i'm getting a little big but i've always been very small?

Slow down: Be very careful about quick weight loss it usually leads to quick weight regain. You would do much better if you slowly lost your weight. Try to rejoin the gym and rediscover your good old days of soccer shape.

i tore my mcl in oct 2012 i play soccer year round 1st dev. my mri isn't till sep 2013. i feel it move weird. i kept playing soccer with a donjoy. am i hurting it more? should i get surgery? future?

Follow MD's orders: What does your doctor say about this?  Even without an MRI a physical exam should be able to determine the stability of the knee.  If the knee is determined to be unstable, then playing on it can in fact do more damage.  Braces do not entirely solve this problem. If unstable, surgery is the best course of action.

Knee pain: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination &amp; other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes.  Can't tell you if soccer &amp; ruby are safe without knowing more.

when i play soccer my avg heart rate is about 155-170 bpm. according to charts 170 should be the number i reach. occasionally, my heart rate goes to 190 or even 200 bpm during vigorous exercise. is it ok to go beyond 85% of my maximum heart rate?

: At your age and with your level of fitness I would not be concerned with transient increases in the heart rate as described.  Remember that in a fit individual, the rate will rapidly decrease to levels well below 100. Short lived increases in heart rate beyond 85% are safe. If the rate fails to decrease rapidly, I would check with your doctor to be sure. Encourage you to continue to be active.

every time i play soccer i get a sharp pain around top of right thigh and small pain in hip/groin, what could this be?

It depends.: Groin pain can mean a hernia or else a hip problem. Possibilities include a torn labrum (the fibrous ring that holds the head of the femur in the hip), femoral acetabular impingement (fai) syndrome arthritis (unlikely in a young person), avascular necrosis.  If it persists you should probably get an x-ray to make sure it isn't serious.

You prob can't: but the surgery isn't bad at all

i play soccer and i stepped on the ball and my leg went out now my hip will not stop popping and it hurts to walk on it. should i get it checked ?

Accepted Answer

Yes: You might have just sprained it, but good to get it l;looked at anyway. In the time being ice and Ibuprofen/motrin/aleve.
