was in the warm shower had to get out forgot towels so i was dripping wet and freezing by the time i got back and the. jumped in the steaming hot shower is this bad? can it cause body shock?

Can be beneficial!: Not only is this not bad but is thought to be beneficial.
Some advocate deliberately alternating hot with cold showers or moving from a hot bath into a cold tub as a form of hydrotherapy. Heat dilates blood vessels then cold constricts them which is stimulates the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.I always end my showers with cold water briefly to seal in the heat by vasoconstriction.

i take a warm or hot shower and dont use any soap or shampoo and i get rashes on my neck. had a rash on my chest too but its no longer ,neck only?

Need exam for Dx: Many things can cause a rash on chest and neck.  If you are not bathing with soap, then that can be eliminated, but clothing often has soap/softener residue.   People with atopic dermatitis will often get a rash from friction of clothing around the neck or areas that perspire.  Seborrheic dermatitis is common in hairy areas.  Psoriasis can occur anywhere.  Tinea versicolor is fungus on chest/back.

Likely safety: In an era before clothing and other external protections, it is likely this was just nature's way of pulling your "important" part into closer protection of your body.There is a muscle on either side that actually draws your testicles up and back.The body also doesn't like extra heat loss through external structures.This is similar to why your fingers &amp; toes get so cold in cold weather.

i have complex tear  both meniscus in my knee. the affected leg gets warm no reason. after taking a hot shower it cramps up can't move it or my ankle?

Degenerative tears?: Did your meniscus tears occur from trauma or just wear out? If they are from wear and you have osteoarthritis, that needs to be addressed. Cramps can occur for several reasons. See a doctor to have both issues assessed.
