Too long: I am sorry, you must feel uncomfortable. 3 weeks is a bit too long to say just a viral infection and I would try to have some stool studies done to see if you have an infection. If that is ruled out then other exams may need to be done. 
In the mean time, it cannot hurt to take some acidophilus tablets to help replace your gut with the "good bacteria". You can get these in any pharmacy.

after eat spicy will have diarrhea what can i do? i never had this problem before but after i had some chinese herbs. this problem suddenly come out

Probiotics: Consider probiotic supplementation - want slow release pill, poly -strains with millions of cultures. After this, try some of the previous foods again & see if you tolerate them better. Take care.

Green phlegm: The cold was virus. Now your phlegm is green which means bacterial infection. You should see your doctor for cbc, cxr, sputum for c;s and possible antibiotic before it becomes full blown pneumonia. You need fluid and rest along with above advice. Thanks.

i am taking welchol (colesevelam) after a cholec, 1/7/14, which left me with post-prandial diarrhea. med helps but still have it off &son. anything else i can take?

Statin+Zetia better: Most people become constipated with 6 Welchol/day. Imodium (loperamide) promotes diarrhea, thus ? dose/use. Welchol. 6/day. is approved for reducing LDL-C, but actual issue is LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) particle concentrations. LDL-C not measured from persons blood &amp; of the 3, 000-6, 000 typical fat molecules per LDL particle, widely varying amounts are cholesterol, thus a poor indicator.

i have been diagnosed with irondeficiency but i do not have any symtptoms. i am an athlete and i get diarrehea 30min after i eat anything. whats wrong?

Maybe nothing.: I assume you are a menstruating female.  Mild iron deficiency is common in your age group.  Diarrhea 30 minutes after eating is sometimes due to irritable bowel syndrome.  There are other causes which are less likely, but you should probably see your doc to consider them.

why do i get diahrrea/ general stomach discomfort after i eat meat?  i don't usually get it when i eat poultry though. note:never had this in the past

Many possibilities: You may have a gallbladder problem, or other digestive disorder. You may have a sensitivity to a chemical used in meat packing and preparation. Does eating meat of any type, in any quantity, in any form, in any method of preparation lead to the same result? Best to see your doctor if this is a major concern.

after i eat foods with salt (pasta dish, burger, chicken, popcorn) my lips turn bright red and sting a little bit. this lasts for maybe 15 minutes. is this a salt allergy or something else?

: There is far more in those dishes than salt. And it’s probably not the salt that you are reacting to, unless you notice the same effect with pure salt alone. Salt is a required nutrient for the normal functioning of the body.

Yes: it could definitely be stress. There are many other possibilities, however. Eat mild foods, and see a doctor if the symptoms do not resolve. Hope this helps!
