Broken bike or Leg.: Well, anything is possible. Injuries are commonly treated by the RICE technique. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. This is for the immediate care. To remove all doubt, an x-ray and professional evaluation is needed.

More info needed....: There are so many possible causes of your symptoms, and with no other info to go on, trying to diagnose your problem is fruitless. See a physician in your town who can take a full medical history and examine that knee.

Bruise: Likely a bruise if you can still walk on it but if it is very sore you may want to get it checked out with an xray.

: It is possible that some of the fluid from the hematoma in the lower leg gravitated to the ankle. You may watch and wait. if you get pain or limitation of movement, seeing a doctor would be prudent.

Let explain: It is possible you have hematoma (collection of blood) in that area sequence to the injury.
Other thought could be having blood clots in the calf.
