Hair in Meatus: Are you circumcised? If not, it is not uncommon for some hairs to be "trapped" and grow up the shaft or, rarely, into thee meatus. Otherwise, hair growth on the shaft or inside the penile tip can occur if your testosterone levels increase, or simply because of your genetics. The only danger is that the hair follicle might become infected. I would consult a urologist if you continue to be concerned.

Scar or Infection: It can be congenital (meatal stenosis), infectious or scar.  Scar can form from infection or prior procedures/caths etc.  If it's blocking your flow you need to see a urologist.

The Peeeee's Have It: I have a friend whose pee hole hurts him too, and I tell him to get checked for possible STD. Unless he's lived alone in a cave the last year. That's when I'd ask him if he's used any new soaps or creams or lubricants or has eaten a lot of acidic fruit or drank a lot of tea or coffee. Or had sex with a cave bear. But if that "penisitis" continues he should be checked by a doctor!--(the bear, too)

See your doc: Have your doctor take a look if there is a blister in the area - you may have a herpetic lesion on it  - they are very small, easily overlooked, but very, very painful.

Maybe Normal: The bumps may be normal, but one can not determine that without an exam.  If you have had sex, that can increase the possibilities of it not being normal.  See your doctor, urologist, or local public health clinic for an evaluation.

Here R a few thought: You seem to have Urethritis which is inflammation/infection of the Urethra(channel through which your urine gets out).
Recent sexual activity is a common cause . Drink more fluids so that your urine will be diluted and not hurt.
If you have frequent urination especially walking up at night, it may be infection of the bladder/urethra. Antibiotics may help, visit your family doctor to get help.

when i pull bacl my foreskin, right below the pee hole (on the underside of the penis tip) there has always been a whote dot, about 1 or 2 mm. never bothered me tho. is this something important?
