Hair in Meatus: Are you circumcised? If not, it is not uncommon for some hairs to be "trapped" and grow up the shaft or, rarely, into thee meatus. Otherwise, hair growth on the shaft or inside the penile tip can occur if your testosterone levels increase, or simply because of your genetics. The only danger is that the hair follicle might become infected. I would consult a urologist if you continue to be concerned.
