You burned yourself!: Luckily it was over only a small part of your body and a non-cosmetic part of your body at that,  The part of your body that people look at first is your face. And you didn't burn that!  You can Coat the burned surface with sulfadene cream and gauze and to reduce infection and see your doc.

wound is minor - wash w soap ; water, apply antibiotic ointment ; cover w bandaid /bandage. Get tetanus shot if you haven’t had one in last 10 years or your don’t know. For more serious wound or possible infection, apply pressure ; obtain urgent care. Per mayo clinic, if last tetanus shot was &gt; 5 years ago  ; wound is “deep or dirty”, a booster shot may be recommended. If you.

: Integument (skin) is a barrier against infection, but even a "shallow cut" allows for possible transmission of disease. If you have a known source of proven rabies on the chain described, check with your physician for guidance and testing.

Nerve: Check for nerve compression including the wrist and elbow areas.  Consult an orthopedist and get some nerve conduction study done.  This is not my specialty and hope others in HT will comment on this as well.

Ulnar neuropathy: little finger is innervated by the ulnar nerve and you may have an ulnar neuropathy causing this, most commonly it is at the elbow (due to leaning on the elbow against a hard surface), less commonly at the wrist (if you are a biker and keep your wrist flexed in the direction of the little finger for prolonged periods). EMG/NCS with a skilled neurologist in neurophysiology will confirm this

Contact dermatitis: When a rash is very localized as your describe it is likely due to a local contact. This could be a chemical product, a soap, plant material, etc. You are doing the basics. It should clear as long as you do not re-expose it to the same material. Time for some detective work.

Cubital tunnel: Sounds like u have an entrapment of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. This is called cubital tunnel syndrome. Check with your doctor to have the diagnosis confirmed.

Srthritis: This may just be some inflammation from a flare if osteoarthritis. You may benefit from taking one of the otc anti inflammatories such as aleve (naproxen) or Motrin if you can take them for 5-7 days and see if it helps.  If not, see your doctor.
